Version 2026-09-16-v2. Trader details supplied by the proprietor.
Who supplies the service?
Christopher Nunn, sole trader trading as Is My Job Actually Worth It? Business/service address: 35 Minehead Way, Stevenage, Hertfordshire, SG1 2HX, United Kingdom. Email: contact-us@ismyjobworthit.co.uk. The service is intended for people aged 18 and over. You must be 18 or over to purchase Worth It+.
Go ad-free. Keep every calculator.
Worth It+ removes advertising when you are signed in with an active entitlement. Every calculator and its normal functionality, including the local Chatbot Assistant and PDF saving/sharing, remains available free. The free version remains available. Advertising may be introduced later. There is no feature paywall, free trial or lifetime plan. Advertising is currently disabled.
Price and automatic renewal
Monthly costs £1.99 today and £1.99 every month until cancelled. Annual costs £14.99 today and £14.99 every year until cancelled. Annual saves £8.89 compared with 12 monthly payments. These are the total subscription prices. Stripe processes your payment. We do not store full card details. An annual service reminder is scheduled before renewal; monthly subscribers do not receive repetitive renewal reminders under this version of our service.
Starting and accessing Worth It+
Before checkout, you expressly request an immediate start using the unticked checkbox. Service starts once payment and entitlement are confirmed. A return from checkout alone does not prove payment. Sign in using the email address used for your subscription and a one-time email code. Keep access to that mailbox secure. Sign in on each device for ad removal. Ad-free does not mean cookie-free or analytics-free: necessary technologies remain and optional analytics follows your separate choice.
Ordinary cancellation — stop future renewals
Use Account → Manage subscription → Cancel at any time. There is no cancellation fee. Ordinary cancellation stops future renewal and normally preserves ad-free access until the end of the period already paid for. It does not normally refund that period or close your account immediately. If you cannot use your account, contact contact-us@ismyjobworthit.co.uk for help. Your statutory cancellation and other consumer rights are separate and are not restricted by this process.
Initial statutory cancellation — the first 14 days
You normally have 14 days after the day the contract is made to tell us you wish to cancel. To exercise this right, send a clear cancellation statement to contact-us@ismyjobworthit.co.uk or our business address. Please include the email address used for your Worth It+ subscription so we can identify it safely. The model form below is optional. Sending your notice before the cancellation deadline is sufficient. We do not automatically reject an otherwise clear notice because the subscription email is missing: we ask for enough information to identify it, and preserve the original notice timing where appropriate. You do not waive your cancellation rights by requesting an immediate start.
Service used and refunds
If you expressly requested an immediate start and received the required information, an initial statutory cancellation may involve a proportionate charge for service supplied up to your cancellation notice. We review the actual price and service period and any circumstances requiring a different result. Monthly calculations use the actual billing period, not an assumed 30 days. Example: a £14.99 annual plan cancelled after 2 days means approximately 8p for service used, with the remainder refunded. This is illustrative; the exact amount depends on the circumstances and applicable rules. If the necessary request or information was missing, no service charge applies under these cancellation rules. Statutory rights are unaffected.
How a statutory cancellation is completed
We identify the correct subscription, review your notice, stop the subscription and process any refund manually through Stripe. Refunds due under the initial cancellation right are made without undue delay and within 14 days after we are informed of your decision, using the original payment method unless you expressly agree otherwise, without a refund fee. We confirm the actual charge, refund and access end. Bank processing times can vary. Ordinary cancellation after the initial period does not normally entitle you to a refund for unused time, but any rights to a refund or remedy under applicable law still apply.
Failed payments
If renewal fails, Stripe may retry according to the configured recovery process. Update your payment details through Manage subscription. The current service may allow temporary ad-free access for up to 14 days after the last paid-through date during payment recovery; it does not create a new paid period. When entitlement ends, you return to free access and every calculator remains available. An unresolved subscription must be managed before a duplicate purchase can be made. Once it has genuinely ended, you can subscribe again.
Service emails and your information
We send requested sign-in codes, subscription confirmations, annual renewal reminders and essential account/cancellation information. These are service communications. Buying Worth It+ or requesting an email does not subscribe you to marketing. We attach a copy of the relevant contractual terms and cancellation information to your subscription confirmation. The Privacy Policy explains account, supplier, security and retention processing. Cancelling renewal does not delete your account; contact us separately for a verified privacy/deletion request.
Availability, changes and discontinuation
We provide the service with reasonable care and skill. Availability can be affected by maintenance, technical faults and events outside our reasonable control. Estimates are not guaranteed payroll figures or personalised financial advice. We may make reasonable changes to maintain security, comply with law or improve the service, while preserving the agreed paid service. We will give reasonable advance notice of material changes or future price changes, explain your options and let you cancel before a new price applies. We will not charge a new price retrospectively. If we discontinue Worth It+ without providing the service already paid for, we will stop renewals and provide an appropriate refund for the unused period, subject to any additional statutory remedy.
Your consumer rights and complaints
Nothing here excludes or limits your statutory consumer rights, or liability which cannot lawfully be excluded, including fraud and death or personal injury caused by negligence. Contact contact-us@ismyjobworthit.co.uk about a problem, cancellation or refund. Messages are not monitored continuously; holidays or illness do not remove applicable legal deadlines or your rights.
